AusTraits continues to integrate newly collected and legacy datasets, with future Zenodo releases planned. Contributions of any size can improve the resource for Australian plant science, conservation, and biodiversity infrastructure.

Trait datasets

Share field, laboratory, literature-derived, or compiled trait data with accompanying metadata.

Legacy sources

Contribute transcriptions from reference books, classic works, taxonomic monographs, or archived datasets.

Expert review

Help improve trait definitions, allowable values, taxonomic alignment, and interpretation of specialised datasets.

Community reuse

Tell us how you use AusTraits so we can improve access pathways, documentation, and derived products.
